Booking Conditions: Self guided kayaking has a degree of risk.  Each participants is in charge of their own kayak, so Kayak Wai Maori can not guarantee safety.  Participants can be novices, they should be fit, capable and have a sense of adventure.

Mandatory lifejackets are supplied.  Please bring all your own all weather gear, dark sunglasses, sunscreen, refreshments and cell phone (in case of delay, for asssistance and in emergency. A change of dry clothes for afterwards is recommended.

Suitable for children under the supervision of competent adults.  Kayak Wai Maori can not be held responsible if our instructions are not followed.  Wai Maori reserves the right to restrict kayaking to sheltered areas in the interest of safety.  Extra charges apply for pick ups and extended hire.

To avoid disappointment it is advisable to book. Once a booking is confirmed, there is no credit refunds, unless Wai Maori cancels.  

Any booked participant under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be excluded from kayaking without a credit refund.

To the extent permitted by law, all our liability for damage to property, disruption to travel plans, mental and physical injury is excluded.
